Big O Tires

I needed to have my cracked windshield replaced, and Big O in Walnut Creek made all the arrangements for me. All I needed to do was drop my car off at their shop and they worked directly with the installer.

I was helped by Manuel...he was friendly and took time to explain my services..Manuel does a GREAT job!

Chris helped me out coordinating a couple of new tires and alignment service. Friendly and efficient experience.

Friendly sales associate, completed work on time, discovered additional issue with vehicle and explained options for repair.

I’d stopped in last week to see if my tire could be repaired. I asked for a quote & returned today. It was easy to check in & I didn’t have to explain the problem again (what had punctured the tire). The price seemed comparable & Manuel was helpful & friendly (even last week when temperature was over 108 & there was no AC in the office!)

I've always had excellent service at this Big O Tires location. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. There's been a couple of times when I've unexpectedly had to stop by and ask if they would check my tires, and they've always been very pleasant and efficient. I will continue to use Big O at this location as it's always been a positive experience for me.

Brian was great, he was very knowledgeable and nice, explained everything I needed to know. The service was prompt, the whole experience was just very easy. I went on one of the hottest days in the area and those guys were working HARD. They deserve and AC in there for sure. They really were all very great !

I made an appointment for rotation/balance along with alignment check. Drop off was very quick and car was done by time quoted. Pick up was very quick too.

I went in just before closing. Zach, the manager, was very understanding and took care of my tire issue. Evan staying after hours.

They told me it could take up to 2.5 hours due to shortage of staff and it took only 45 minutes. This was much better than the Berkeley BigO which I would NEVER go back to!
