Big O Tires

I know I only came in at 7 for a tire rotation and balance but not only was it quick in 25 minutes but the customer service was so good. I'm definitely coming back for my oil change.

Great customer service from start to finish… Thx Getty and Brian. One thing I’d like to mention is there were some dirt/ oil on my stirring wheel & door handle. Good thing I was able to wipe it off my leather. It would be great, if the mechanics wear gloves and/ or can wipe down before delivering the car back to customers.

Great knowledgeable staff. My vehicles have been ready when promised and best of all I have not received the up sell on unnecessary parts and service. However they have caught small issues that could have evolved into big issues if not addressed.

In April I purchased 4 new tires for my ve Jetta. Both Justin and Ryan were very helpful with choosing the right all season tires for my car. Then a couple of weeks later my husband was unfortunately in an accident that totaled my car. I purchased a vw cc in May which I knew was going to need 2 front tires soon. I went back to Big O in Walnut Creek again. The tires on the car were Pirelli and I didn't want to spend a lot of $ on Pirelli's. I spoke with Justin and Ryan about something. Comparable. Ryan came out and checked my rear tires. He said that my drivers side rear tire was cupping and pointed it out to me. He also pointed out how the rear tire was towed out which I could clearly see. I had just purchased a new set of rims and wanted to do what was right. I picked out a set of Sumotomo tires because it had the closest tread pattern as my husband's car. So they put them on and when I went to pick up my car I noticed the tread pattern was much different. It looked like a mud and snow tire. I was not happy. So Ryan showed me some Nitto all season tires that were affordable and he said it was no problem to switch them out. They were a bit more expensive but that tire pattern was what I wanted. Before the first set of tires were put on he told me I needed a 4 wheel alignment so I got that too. I don't always get what salesman tell me to get cause I think that most of them are just trying to make more $. But I did not feel pressured at all with Ryan. Even though I'm a woman I know a fair amount about cars. Ryan was great and I think his customer service was over the top. He should in my opinion get a raise!!! Nina Ewing
