I drive a Jeep Wrangler and I will take it to BIG-O no matter what the problem. I would only go to the Dodge/Jeep dealership if BIG-O recommended it. They don’t treat me like I am just a “dumb woman” who doesn’t know much about cars, they do excellent work and I always feel they are honest with me. They are very friendly and professional. I have always taken all my cars to BIG-O for any needs I’ve had and will continue to do so!

I had a bubble in my front tire and I was able to get in right away, and get the tire replaced in a very timely manner. I had called before I showed up so they were expecting me and had my records quickly available. The customer service agent was and always is extremely courteous, answers my questions and explains things well.

Great customer service. He gave me a an estimate on time and the team was basically spot on. Found a nail in the tire and repaired it. Very pleased.

I came in knowing that I would have to wait as I did not have an appointment and needed my tire either repaired or replaced. The front desk person offered to drive to the warehouse to get me tires since I not only had to replace my flat but needed a 2nd front tire. This is why we use Big O on all of our vehicles in our home. They warned me of a long wait, offered to schedule an appointment for me the next day but I did not want to drive around on a spare. Awesome customer service!!!!

I went there on my only day off and was told the oil change bays were out of service so I was told to come back un a few days. So when I did they were very busy and backed up and I thought I would have to cancel again cause I had to be at work that afternoon. I had talked to the manager a few days earlier and he remembered what I needed done and how I don't get much time to do it. So he asked if I could leave the car with him I said yes but I need to be out of there by 2:00 he said it would be close and he would try. He kept his word and got me out at 12:30 and got everything that I wanted done. Thank you very much for professionalism and courtesy.
