Started my morning off with a flat tire that was losing air rapidly. I commute from Sacramento to Vallejo, but bought my tires at this Vacaville location. They immediately took me in and explained the wait time, which was fine as I took a Lyft to work. Very appreciative of the Vacaville team!

I was very happy to be in and out in 25 min. Mark was very friendly and I plan to recommend Cecil's to all my friends.

They promised to complete the job the same day and said they would stay late to finish if necessary.

I made an appointment online, I recieved a call stating that the time I choose was not available and the guy I spoke to ask me for the next day because its open availability, I said yes, dropped my car at 8, the guy at customer service was friendly. He explained the process and time frames, also my husbands car needed a windshield wiper but they didnt have it in stock so he ordered it and when we came back to pick up the car he installed the wipers. Over all great customer service and experience! Will be coming back to this location.

I’ve been going to Big o tires for years. Always satisfied every time. I will always return & love the card they do with my car. I travel out of state every month so they always keep my car up to date!

I blew out a tire on my trailer at the start of my trip. Found a Big O store in Vacaville just a few minutes away and the guys did an outstanding job. Set me up with some tires and was back on the road in a very short time. Excellent job!

The manager by the name of “Ben,” has always been personable. It appears he runs a tight ship. He has always been fast and efficient with getting me in and out in a timely manner. The maintenance guys that work on my vehicle are also kind and efficient (especially the guy with the name of Mario)! He must of been off today because I didn’t see him. I actually prefer him working on my vehicle but anyone is just fine. I believe one of the main reasons why I continue to come to this shop is because every single one of the guys are always nice and have a great attitude no matter how hot it is outside like today, it was close to 106°‘!!! Thank you!

Real honest

I really enjoyed my experience at the Vacaville location. I received new tires and information about my current alignment. Staff members were very approachable and welcoming......would like to give a big thank you to Ben (Amazing!!!)

I went in to have some tire removed from wheels so I could repair them while I wait on the new ones I ordered. They said they’d deduct the money I spend to remove the wheels on install and balance when I return with the new tires. Definitely happy with everything they did. Also helped me with an alignment questions I had since no one in the town can do a true full alignment on my Jeep Wrangler since it has all adjustable arms but they said to just bring it in and they’d be happy to redo it all for me.

Once again you all have come through with excellant service. thank you so much.

My first time at this location. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Service was outstanding, got the alignment done perfectly. I am looking forward to doing more business.
