Big O Tires

I have been going to Big O now for about a year, there customer service is above and beyond! I followed Ben from the Fairfield location because he makes the experience personal and is always super professional. I recently had my GMC Yukon in there for rims, tired and a leveling kit install and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Ben was in contact with us through out the day so we didn't have to waste time calling or waiting for it to be done. Justin who also works at this store is super helpful as well, his customer service is outstanding. Ben and Justin have customers for life!

I was very impressed with the way that they handled everything and these people know what they are doing unlike les schwab that can't even change a tire sensor. My rep was Ben and he was great ill be bringing all my cars to big o tires.

Gentleman at front desk helped me when I first brought my car to have one rear tire checked. It was almost closing but he had one guy helped me and they were both friendly and helpful. Then I made an appointment online & even though there was a conflict with another appointment, he was able to helped me right when I got there. One guy fixed my tire & even put the spare back in my trunk. I didn’t wait too long and was done in maybe 30 minutes! Both guys were friendly and super nice and helpful!
