The staff at this store always takes great care of me. On this particular visit, I had a nail in my tire, they took me in right away and had me on my way in 15 minutes. I also appreciate the respect and courtesy.

I have done business with the Vacaville Big O store for many years, as did y father before me. He was an aircraft mechanic and he advised me to never go anywhere else. I never have, and I’ve always been thoroughly satisfied with both the workmanship and professionalism in the Vacaville store.

Just by chance I had a flat pulling into a parking lot right near the Big O Tire shop. The employee was very helpful putting the spare on to get my truck to the shop and within less than an hour and a half I had 4 brand new tires installed. The best part was the shop had the tires I needed in stock.

Very helpful and polite person on the phone and in store when I dropped my car off! Car had new tires and front end alinement in about hour and a half.
