This was my first time here and at first I was not happy as I waited a while before someone came into the office to acknowledge me. Ben came in and said he saw me on his camera but was on phone with another customer. Ben is an awesome manager though. After having my brakes done I went t pick up my car, mind you this was a Saturday, and I forgot my credit card. Ben took a copy of my ID and aid pay on Monday, which I did. I have never had service like this since I moved to Vallejo, and I have been to all tri cities, and will be returning again.

Took my car in for brakes and rotor replacement. Staff was knowledgeable and honest. My car had been with the dealership many times prior to address a rattle noise coming from my front driver's side. Tie rods, steering gear, pinions, ect. had been replaced and still the noise persisted. Techs at Big O Tires mentioned loose brake pads...after replacement of pads and rotors the noise is gone. Finally, I have a place to take all my vehicles that I am confident in.

Two other tire businesses and a dealership told me my tire was unrepariable, it was a new car, Big O employee looked at the tire, deemed the nail as a rock, discovered another nail, the cause of the problem and fixed it. I came in for a new tire, didn't even ask for it to be fixed but he took a look and saved me $300.
