Darin, your team went above and beyond. The lady in the office was so nice and explained everything to me when I was worried about my SUV being driven.. ( my previous mechanic stopped my classic car so I guess I have mechanical PTSD) she explained that he needed to drive it as it was pulling really bad to the right. He got it perfect. The Big O in Vacaville is staffed with honest, friendly, helpful people. I have trusted Big O for years in Alameda and Danville and now that I have moved it is comforting to know that the Vacaville location is just as friendly and trustworthy.

Big O Tires is always SO helpful. I'm moving out of state for my job and it was very last minute, so didn't have time to schedule an appointment. They wanted to make sure my car was safe for the long drive (from Vacaville, CA to Grove, OK), so they fit me in between appointments. Thanks for making sure I'd have a safe journey! You guys ROCK!

Great team you have there. Long time Big O customer......my only complaint is that I now have to drive to Vacaville since there isn't a Big O in Fairfield anymore. Small price to pay to continue doing business with this company I suppose :)

My tire couldn’t be fixed so I had to get a new one and it was suggested I buy two. They are working well.
