Justin assisted me with my tire purchase. His knowledge and professionalism are top notch. I had such a great experience, I sent my mom and son to get tires for their cars the next day. Justin even pointed out an issue with my son's car that not even the dealership's service group pointed out about his tires and rims. We were very satisfied and will only bring our cars here for service in the future.

I scheduled the appointment online with Tire Rack. It was very smooth process. I received a phone call from the service agent at the Vacaville Big O Tires. He was extremely helpful with getting the tires in stock very rapidly. He was very thorough and descriptive of services and prices.
