I liked that you guys support us Veterans, I appreciated the discount and that the tires I needed were available. I was given a sticker, but not for how many miles until my next oil change.

Very good job of balancing tires

Quick, polite and knowledgeable service. I appreciated the brake pad check, letting us know change was needed. However, when I changed the pads, I had to use a long pipe for leverage to break the lug nuts loose. If I were out on the road, there is no way I could have gotten them off with my car tools. Please remind the crew to use a hand torque wrench to assure proper tightness. These were clearly tightened with a pneumatic impact driver.

Quick and not too expensive.

came in for tire rotation on my F150 and they diagnosed a ball joint problem. Thumbs up to them, I confirmed what they told me by doing the test myself. Have been using them for many years for tire service.My only one complaint would be in all those years is that I lost hub caps on my Monte Carlo following tire rotations.The hub caps are a pain to put on and if you don't do it right you lose them.

I was there for a tire rotation and balance. Since there is no way to evaluate the quality of work, I will base my experience on previous visits to this location. I have always been treated respectfully and cheerfully and informed of any discounts or savings where applicable. I will continue to bring my vehicle here.

Very satisfied with the service at Big O on Monte Vista in Vacaville. Top notch customer service by Justin. the only request would be that the mechanic use floor and seat covers. We had a very bad experience with Big O on Texas street in Fairfield with grease on the seats, we were treated badly and will never do business at that location again.

Excellent experience with this Big O Tire Store. I will be back to purchase tires for my wife and son's cars when the need arises as well as my trailer.

I gave 4 stars and an OK because I was the ONLY customer there at 8:30am.The cost to repair a nail in the tire was a more that I expected...$27.Other tire places were FREE to fix a flat.!! But this shop did it promptly and without any issues!However, I wonder why there were no customers!???Big O used to be packed with customers, I wonder why there were none?
