This was probably the best experience i have had getting tires for my vehicle. Thank you for your excellant service. I am still so stunned by the care I received.

They were able to make an appointment to fit my schedule on short notice. Provided quick and efficient service. Provided quick no hassle/pressure quotes for service I will need in the future

I expressed concern about the transmission fluid and I have no idea if it was checked. It wasn't anywhere on my receipt and the store was closing.

The customer service is great, the time of wait is not long and the prices for services are very reasonable. It is hard to find good customer service these days, but the Vacaville location has just that!

Everyone was very friendly and works very quickly however it was definitely overpriced $135 for a valve stem is ridiculous

I took one of my vehicles in for rotation/alignment and oil change, Ben and Tony were very friendly and efficient. After Rotation Tony explained rear brakes were in need of replacement, just getting to the point of needing replacement. I was able to bring in the following Saturday to have those done. Always happy with my experience, and Ben, Tony, and the rest of the employees make it that way!

Once again I was so very happy with my visit to get an alignment. Thanks for the excellant care.

The rep was knowledgeable, sympathetic to my issue, explained the issue and how the door was damaged, and appropriately recommended tire insurance (I think it's a bit expensive this, but got it). Plus he's a friendly guy!!

We were helped originally by Ben. He is great. We were able to get our tires same day, the down side was pur truck was the last to be done and all other cars were getting there tires nice and shiny and the plastic protector from the seat taken out. I feel they were so rushed to leave that wasn't done to ours.

I arrived a bit early for my appointment and was told that they appreciated that. The service was done quickly and at the end they told me I would soon need a brake job and was invited to make an appointment soon.
