Very helpful and honest. I have been going there since 2010 with a friend saw how she was treated and the good job Big-O has done even after management changes so I decided to be apart of it in 2012 and been there ever since hard to find good people and good work in the auto repair business just glad I did in the Vacaville Big-O. I always use Bi O. They include tire rotation and are very reasonable. Super customer service as well.

Great service. The staff was very quick in getting me on the road again.

Went in for new tires and a 100K service. A few items were recommended and performed. Have never had a vehicle breakdown due to this shop catching things before they fail. Thank You for the great service.

I had Big O in Kingman AZ replace the four dually tires on my truck due to a blow out during a trip and requested they use the metal valve stems I had on my old tires. They accidentally replaced one of the four with a high pressure rubber stem and when I called later, confirmed I could go to the Big O where I live (Vacaville) to have it replaced. When I initially called Big O in Vacaville, I was respectfully told they did not have metal valve stems and I would have to find another Big O who carried them. I indicated I was surprised they did not offer to find the part from another Big O and I would ask Kingman Big O to send them one. After calling back Big O in Kingman, I was told the manager in Vacaville would locate a metal valve stem and schedule me for replacement, which he did.Everyone at both Big O's where respectful, but I was put through a little more run around than I expected since the main reason I chose Big O was due to being told I could get service for my Big O tires from any Big O.

I'm extremely satisfied with the overall experience .

The wait was longer than I expected. I called ahead and still waited over 11/2 hours.

Ben and Tony are always friendly and helpful with each visit. Took my Tahoe in on Saturday for an alignment and rotation. They reminded me that the 5 year plan that I had purchased with my tire purchase was expiring the following week and asked me if I would like to purchase a new plan, which I did. It's a great plan to help maintain and extend the life of my tires.

Service took much longer than expected. No feedback from staff. Went in for new tires and it took over an hour. The store was not that busy as it was near closing time. Not impressed with the customer service. Do not think I will return in the future.

The people over at Big 'O Tire are extremely helpful in terms of helping the customer understand what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future.They took time out of their shift to show me the tire and what could have happened, at first we thought it was a pothole, but then after closer inspection, turned out someone may have tried to pop the tire with a knife.

Gentlemen that was working on Monday afternoon was a complete dick! His tone demeanor should have his sorry ass working at Wal Mart. Came back on Wednesday Morning and it was a completely different experience. People were friendly and courteous, they even smiled. Get Mondat afternoon dude promoted to customer!

Very professional, knowledgeable and nice every time I've been in there. I wish the military discount was for any amount and not only for purchases $200 or more.
