Big O Tires

Went in for a scheduled rotation. After returning to "check the mileage" the sales guy abruptly and rudely said I'm not rotating your tires you need all new tires I will give you a price. The tires, purchased from this location have less than 20,000 miles. When exiting the sales guy yelled your front left tire is completely balled. I went to Les Scwab where I was treated with respect and my car was taken care of. I will now use Les Scwab for tire service of my multiple cars. Thanks "Big O"

Staff professional. Problem resolved quickly.

Took my car in for an alignment because it was pulling to the left on the freeway. They drove it around the block, put it on the rack, and drove it again when done. Told me it was all good and sent me on my way. Immediately when I got on the freeway leaving, I noticed it was still pulling. Drove for about an hour to eliminate any outside factors ie. Grooves in road and wind. Called back and they said to being it back in for them to look at. When I did I asked the tech to drive on freeway to verify. He did and noticed the pull. When he got back, instead of putting back on alignment rack to check they told me it was the front tires out of round and swapped them left to right. Afterwards same tech drove around the block and said it was all fixed. Before they switched the tires back I asked them to leave them where they were so I could verify. Once again as soon as I got on the freeway headed home it was still pulling left. By the time I got home they were closed. Not happy they didn't put back on rack to check the second time. Going to take to another shop this weekend.

The employees were just wonderful, kind, friendly, helpful, and attentive. I love being able to make an appointment and the company being on time. I also loved that they completed the job even before the estimated time. I had a great experience and I will be back.

They forget to add additional service items to the original work order..lost one of my wheel chalks. And then came up with a very lame excuse for not completing the addional work. I called the manufacturer to check their excuse and was told Big O apparently just didn't want to check the bearings. Never again.

I trust Big O with my car. Ben and Tony always keep me informed on what's coming due on my car which helps me prepare financially. The mechanics are top notch. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Great service. Tony was consistent and on point. Best deal in town I could find. And I was treated like a friend not a paying customer..

These folks are great. This was the second vehicle I've brought to this location for new tires and I'm glad to have returned.

Ben and the woman (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) were very professional and informative. I got exactly what I asked for, if not more, and paid exactly what they quoted.
