Big O Tires

I came to Big O when I first moved to Vacaville 5 years ago. The service was so great that I only come to this location. Ben is the best and always helps me. :)

I am not a big fan of the bait and switch schedule system online. You pick a date and time and you receive an automatic response saying there is an issue with your request. The next morning you receive an email saying someone will call. I called before they called me and set up an appointment for later in the week. Once there, all went well with the communication being great and the service was great as well.

I had been shopping online, made an appointment. Tony called and confirmed time and price. There was a price difference from online and I was happy Tony took the time to inform me before I arrived. It made for a much better experience. I'll be back for the alignment:)

Quick in and out, no problems. When I checked in, the service writer provided me a coupon that saved me a few bucks. I liked that!

When I arrived for my appointment there were several police cruisers in the parking lot arresting a man. I inquired what was going on and the rep said that the man came in to ask for directions and seemed to be intoxicated. He called the police. I was impressed with his actions. My son's father was killed by a drunk driver. I know first hand how drunk drivers destroy lives.

Knowledgeable, professional ,explained things very well,that a senior citizen like my self could understand.

It's funny, while doing this survey I realized that none of #3 happened to me and in fact, that might be part of why I enjoyed this experience so much. I was welcomed the minute I stepped in and did not feel like I was pushed constantly to be 'upsold' on anything which I appreciate. They did make sure to tell me that they would do a safety inspection for me, rotate the tires and I had my plate in the back window and they offered to install it for me. I have to tell you...EVERY person I encountered at this shop was polite and helpful. I felt I could trust them and that they had my best interest at heart. I drive nearly an hour to get to this location...and will again. I have already told others. This was the best experience I have had at a shop of any kind in years.

As a woman dealing with car stuff is never fun, But thanks to Ben and his team they make it way less painful to deal with.

Purchased tires and scheduled an appointment online. Rico called the day of the appointment and informed me the tires were out of stock. He was very helpful as we discussed several options and price points. I brought the car in, and they removed the tires and performed their inspections while waiting for the new tires to arrive from another location. The process was seamless.
