Ben is absolutely the best Manager I've ever delt with in the industry. He is friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. He always keeps me informed of what is happening with my vehicles as well as goes to extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of in a prompt time.

This last week I was at BIg O Tires (Vacaville) three times! My GMC Yukon had tires pressure light on, I called ahead to see if I could squeeze in rotation and alignment at same time. Ben was unable to get all three things addressed as it was 330pm,but when i pulled up he had me pull in and addressed the tire pressure,had appointment options available. I was there less than 5 mins.2nd trip where for tires on my travel trailer and both Ben and Justin where on it!We didn't have an appointment but it was all handled in a day, they are alwaysaccommodating!3rd trip was for alignment and rotation I was about 20 mins early for my appt and Justin and the team got me in and my car was done in less than an hour! We have had a lot of other experiences with Big O Vacaville, They have all been fabulous!! Referrals from us will keep coming!!!

When I arrived at big O tires it was after hours of searching for a solution to the broken wheel on my 22 VW Tiguan. I had called several VW dealers and a dozen tire shops but was no closer to finding the wheel I needed. Apparently it was on National Back order and nobody even took a moment to offer an alternative. Some even hung up on me. Rico was extremely helpful. He searched for what I needed, made several suggestions then gave me a recommendation of where I might find the part that was not available anywhere else. I located the part thanks to his help. He ordered my tire; taking care to make sure it matched my other tires perfectly and let me know they could try to squeeze me in as soon as my other part arrived. My wheel arrived 2 days later, the tire had arrived to big o the day before and though I could see they were very busy, they had me taken care of and on my way in just an hour or so with no appointment. Thank you, Thank You, Thank You. In a world where nobody seems to go above and beyond anymore, my experience at Big O Tires in Vacaville was extraordinary!

I was highly satisfied because I was given a quote up front over the phone and that was the actual price I was charged for my service. I had my battery changed out. Although I didn't make an appointment they said I could drop my car off because they were busy and would call when they were finished. They actually called in about an hour.

Justin is wonderful!!! We have been having out vehicles serviced at your store for years. He always answers questions in a way that is understood. Our vehicles run wonderfully after a service. Justin always takes the time to find us any rebate savings he can to keep our costs down and recommends services that he believes are necessary.
