This is the third vehicle I have brought to Big O's in Vacaville for my tire needs. I always receive top notch service and expertise from these guys. I had quoted a set of four highly rated tires for my Audi that turned out to be back ordered and out of stock. I was offered a comparable brand name tire that was in stock and at the lower price of the back ordered tires. I was able to conveniently make an appointment online for the next day to have the tires put on and received a phone call the morning of the appointment to confirm. I was in and out of there in no time and saved a bunch of money! I only trust Big O Tires to keep me on the road and my family safe.

I called to order a specific tire for my Q7. The manager called back and stated the tires had ran out of stock, but found me a suitable substitute within the price I was looking for. He went above and beyond to secure my business. The staff was friendly and I was in and out within 1.5 hours.
