The staff was very friendly and helpful and I could tell they took great care to keep my vehicle safe and clean.

I made an appointment over the phone without any problem. They were ready for me when I arrived and began working on my car. They did the routine work and found the reason for the dash warning light. After explaining it to me, they were able to repair my car and have me on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I will return to this Big O store whenever I'm due for regular maintenance and whenever I have a problem!

Everyone was great and really helpful. They got my car in right when I arrived which was a little earlier than my appointment. It was quick. I was offered coffee while I waited. Everything went smoothly and everyone was really nice. My car feels a lot better to drive now!

I called to order a specific tire for my Q7. The manager called back and stated the tires had ran out of stock, but found me a suitable substitute within the price I was looking for. He went above and beyond to secure my business. The staff was friendly and I was in and out within 1.5 hours.

Reps are always very friendly and informative on all services needed. They took care of all of my problems/requests that needed to be addressed. They gave me an quote on all services.

I went in for a tire rotation, they took care of my tires and performed an alignment test at no charge. The service manager, Brent, was really great; his customer service skills are top notch, he listened well and communicated well. I recommend this store in Vacaville, CA
