I've took my truck in pass to big O I took it to 3 other places and gave me wrong answers and didn't fix the problem but I took it here and they knew exactly and fixed my problem. So I also recommend my boss this place to take in our company vehicle to get it serviced for brand new brakes and a oil change. Great service and Sandra is a really nice lady and she knows everything to any situation!

I made an online appointment and proceeded to drop my vehicle off early. I had looked up the tires I wanted and thought they would be in stock at the location near me. Unfortunately these tires were not in stock and I had to choose another brand. Juan did a great job providing excellent customer service and pointed me in the right direction with a different tire that was in stock. I thought for sure it would take all day but to my surprise, my vehicle was ready in a couple of hours. Hope Juan gets to see his great reviews, keep up the great work!! Please update your online appointment and stock status!!

Only downside was they tried to sale me a transmission flush. Stereotyped me as that "this guy doesn't know anything about care" person."

Very friendly and the communication was very good. My service was done faster than expected.
