I had a FREE tire rotation and tire repair from a nail in the tire. Perfect. I did try to make an appointment over the telephone. I was told no appointments at this Big O, just first come first serve. Thus, a 4 hour wait.

Guys were just awesome and knowledgeable for what I needed.

The associates were friendly. They were able to fit us in last minute. Our vehicle was ready before end of day. We only wish the waiting area was better maintained. The location is very busy and we had to wait to just talk to someone and it would be more comfortable waiting to check in and pick up if the waiting area had proper furniture that wasn’t torn up.

Good overall experience, employees were all very helpful.

Less than 2 hours from initial call to having tires installed on my sons vehicle with an alignment. No surprises as usual.
