Wouldn't go no where else

I used the Big O mobile service to get new tires installed. The installer Luis was excellent! The one thing to improve is timely communication. I had to call a couple of times to make sure my appointment was on track. An automated texting system would improve this considerably.

Mike greeted me & others the moment we entered. Polite man, and looked clean cut versus many guys who have piercings/tattoos…he made cost clear.

Everyone friendly. Service fairly quick

The biggest items on this visit were to fix the errors of another dealer. The mistakes of the other dealer cost me two brake drums, two controls arms, and all four tires in just 6000 miles. The contrast from that poor service team (Jiffy Lube on 3606 Camden), and this team, cannot be oversold. The reason this Big O has a busy schedule is for the quality. They appear genuinely offended to see the poor work of other dealers, like seeing my unsecured wheel bushings torn. They know they share the road with San Jose vehicles, even if just on their drive to work. This Big O on Parkmoor Ave serves the community by churning out better cars for our roads. San Jose's sh*t roads will always provide work, but this Big O provided me with my car back like i remembered it. Thank you Juan Robles, Bradley Bailey, and Viet Dao. You've changed my oil, and my life.
