Great service price it's ok

This is my store/shop for tires. I had a flat and they took care of it and, since the tire was purchased at Big O they didn't charge me for it. This is a friendly place that takes care of my 5 cars.

I used the Big O mobile service to get new tires installed. The installer Luis was excellent! The one thing to improve is timely communication. I had to call a couple of times to make sure my appointment was on track. An automated texting system would improve this considerably.
