Mark was very helpful over the phone. The people that came to do the repair we're also great. They met with me, got started on the job right away and even made sure the PSI matched across the tires. They also put my spare in the trunk for me. Very cool.

Everything easy, check-in fast, had my paperwork ready on arrival. Wanted specific MOE tire for my Mercedes and they were available next day. When I called the day before to verify appointment they called me by name and had everything right as purchased online.

The associates in the front office were welcoming, friendly, efficient and took time to explain the process and procedure prior to determining what all needed attention. The pick-up was quick and easy too.

Everyone was great per usual, Kaila, mike and Juan were all extremely helpful and it’s not the first time we have had this great experience at the San Jose location. Definitely recommend this location for anything you need done on your vehicle!

Very good people

I was satisfied because I went in earlier I had a nail stuck in my tire. Prior to my purchase the place was very busy and was told to to either wait or come back since the garage was full of vehicles and the shop was short handed. When I went back I was told that they were not accepting anymore vehicles and let the young man know I was told to come back or to wait so due to that the young man made the tire transaction happen for me, I needed to have that nail and tire fixed I was driving to Richmond the following day and did not want to risk a blow out.

This is the best shop I've ever been to. The are personable and professional. The found things that were in need of immediate replacement that the service at the car dealership bypassed. If it was not for them my car would have needed more expensive repairs.
