Big O Tires

Parkmoor Big O Tires has been very efficient with their work on my 99 Silverado. I have been having a lot of issues with my brakes making noise and I have brought my truck to this shop for warranty for the front brakes and back brakes. I know for sure that if I would've brought my truck here the first time instead of the Big O in San Leandro to do my brake repair, Parkmoor Big O would've done it correctly. Even though the work was warrantied, they treated me with respect, took care of my truck, did an oil change, and alignment check for me. Also, another positive is that If they have specials or discounts, they will not hesitate to let you know or to credit your bill for you. As long as I live in the South Bay, Parkmoor Big O will be my destination for services.

Sales associates were very honest and helpful, after initial inspection they called me with the findings on the vehicle and didn't oversell. I had all four tires replace, alignment and front brakes. Car rides great on the new tires, brakes working great. Very happy that I took my car to Big O!!

Craig and other associates are very courteous to lend a hand when you're in need. My car didn't start in the morning with no reasons, but I reached Big O Tires successful and asked for a check. Craigs offered a free of charge thorough check for my car. I really appreciate this great help.

I first called to make sure it was ok to bring my vehicle even though I had not booked an appointment and they said "yes". They already new who I was on the phone from a previous visit, wow! They took my Groupon and explained I needed tires asap (which I knew) and gave me a super good deal I could not refuse. My vehicle was returned and I am a happy customer.
