I first called to make sure it was ok to bring my vehicle even though I had not booked an appointment and they said "yes". They already new who I was on the phone from a previous visit, wow! They took my Groupon and explained I needed tires asap (which I knew) and gave me a super good deal I could not refuse. My vehicle was returned and I am a happy customer. Thank you Big O Tires people. You all do a great job!!!
