Big O had the rear racing tires and I ordered the fronts from TireRack with overnight afternoon delivery. They arrived at 6:30 pm on a Friday evening. Your guys waited for me and made sure I was able to leave that night to make the Saturday track event I had signed up for. You guys were awesome!

for the past several years, we have been taking all of our cars to Big O for oil changes. It is easy to schedule an appointment or just drop the car off. Pricing is also very competitive.

I needed an oil change and a 30k check for my Honda Accord. The dealership fee was $270. I paid $70 at Big O Tires. They don't charge to change the interior air filters, which was all I needed to comply with the 30k check. Mike created a Car-fax account for me to document the 30K mileage check. My tire pressure light kept coming on, went to dealer 3 times, they checked the tire pressure and reset the sensor. At Big O, when they rotated the tires they found a nail on the inside of the tire. I did buy two new tires, but they do not try to "up sell" products and services. They just let you know your options and you decide. Mike was very helpful, I called 3 times before my visit to ask questions. He answered them all and fit me in for service the same day. Very professional, clearly explained everything and I would highly recommend this Big O Tires location.

It turned out that I did not have a flat, but that a pot hole had cracked a 14 year-old rim. Rafael found a replacement and had it shipped in the same day! I was on my way only a few hours later.
