I had chosen the wrong tires and the team here was amazing in getting the right ones on, aligned and ready to go quickly. Thank you so much! Also - I am a female and not once did anyone assume I didn't know what I was asking for or talking about. Refreshing!

they took the time to here and resolve my problem without hesitation. I love the fact that they actually rotate tires with every oil change. I have been acustomer for more then 5 years and has always had a good experience

Sandra took really good care of taking my information and setting me up for my appointment. While I stood waiting while she was helping a customer before me, I realized she was very knowledgeable about the service she was providing that customer. I told her that too. I felt confident that I was in the right place for service on my own vehicle. Sandra was very professional, courteous and treated me nicely.

A week after getting the tires I had a flat. Turns out my rim was cracked. Add insult to injury I had a nail in my spare. They fixed the Spartan mounted and balanced the new rim a few days later for free. All good.

There was a problem with the first appointment on Monday scheduled which my husband scheduled for our daughters car. (We were told the tires we wanted were there and available so my husband scheduled an appointment on line and called the store directly.) When I arrived with the car, there were no tires available. Sandra Nelson helped me to get the tires that were needed ordered and get a new appointment scheduled, she then spoke with my husband and her manager to get our tires ordered and the work completed with a helpful and professional manner. She also gave us a rebate on the alignment to accomodate our time spent; with out being asked. Sandra is an asset to the BigOTire store at 1509 Parkmoore Ave, 95128. Hopefully she will get some recognition for being a stellar employee! Thanks BIG O TIres and Thanks Sandra and Richard the store manager and Thanks to the mechanics who worked on the vehicle too!

I was very happy about the service.I original went to get an oil change because it is across the street from my job I was told that I needed to get two (2) new tires because I had a nail in one and the other had a bubble. I was given a good price. Upon returning I told the clerk that I had bought the tires from Big-O and I had a protection on all four. The bill was adjusted and I had a better price FREE. The service manager was great.

I came in for a new set of tires on my 2010 Honda Civic and was greeted by service agent Phil. The tires I wanted were not in stock but he promptly arranged for them to be delivered the next day. I arrived a little late for my appointment and there were several customer already there. I was told it might take longer than expected to get the tires installed because they were so busy, maybe 2 - 3 hours. However, in under 1 hour I was on my way home with new tires installed. Also, love the Big-O credit card deal - 6 months same as cash. Great job Big-O!

Personnel are very efficient and hard working

I have been coming to Big O for quite a few years now, and typically this is MY location for anything tire related (buying new, repairs, alignments, etc.). The reason I continue to return is the quality of the service, and the confidence I have knowing I have tire professionals assisting me. The guy doing the tire repair was efficient, knew what he was doing, and was a total pro. I will be back... in a word to him, thank you. Myself and my family roll on these tires. Their safety is paramount to me.

I came in to have an oil change done on my vehicle last weekend. What an excellent storage manager they have at this location. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining the services they provide. Excellent customer service! They were very busy and they took time handling each customer with the same excellent service. I will definitely be back for tires and the other services they offer when the time comes.

Sandra was awesome like always.Very helpful knows her job and breaks down what you need from major to minor.The people that work here enjoy there jobs.

The customer service was amazing and I really appreciated that all the staff inside wore mask and practiced social distancing and it gave me peace of mind especially during this unprecedented time of COVID.

Slower service. I made an appointment and dropped off my car early in the morning before 8 am and was told It'll take about an hour for the mechanic to find out the problem with my car. They did not call me until later in the afternoon. Otherwise the quality of the car repair service is good.
