Excellent service. They couldn't repair my leaking tire, as they found a cracked wheel, so they inflated my collapsible spare, mounted it, and recommended a place where the wheel could be repaired. I wasn't charged anything for this great service!

I've been to this location several times to do oil changes. Each time the staff does a very good job in getting me in and out as quick as possible. Usually in 2 hrs or less. The interior of the store is set up very nicely and CLEAN. They have a very clean and OK customer waiting area. Will I go back again. Most definitely YES!!

this is my second visit to this store for tires and they have been great at providing service and performing work on my truck. I previously went to americas tire

The tires I needed were not in stock but would be the next day. The manager had me driven home as he did not want me to drive on my shattered tire.

I brought my f 150 in to have two nails removed from two tires. Alex quickly got my truck into the line of vehicles to be serviced and had them removed so I could get back to work. While I was waiting Mike searched for 4 new tires that would fit into my budget and informed me of the buy 3 one free promo. I will be bringing my truck back in May to get new tires firm this store location. I have been there before and the service on this trip guarantees I will be continuing to be a repeat customer.

The front desk guy was very helpful. He took care of all the items I would like to check and waited an hour after close time for me to get my car back.

I called and asked to have a screw repair on short notice. I was told to come on in and I would be taken care of. My tire was repaired for free since I had purchased the tires and Big O tires previously. They also rotated my tires for free while they were at it. Thank you!

Just an easy, straightforward, efficient service. I dropped the car off at 7:15, was promptly greeted and taken care of by the advisor, signed the paperwork, left my keys and was gone in about 10 minutes. I called around 11, and they had located the problem and told me the cost to fix and was told it'd be ready after 3. I arrived at 4:30 and the car was ready. The advisor explained what was done, I paid and received my keys back and was out the door again in about 10 minutes. The car was clean, the work was done right with no issues and I was back in business.

I've never had a problem at this location. I trust their recommended services and that I am paying a fair price. They are always friendly and my cars are done in an appropriate amount of time.

I really appreciated that the store manager was available immediately to speak to me in person about my inquiry, and that he followed up with a phone call about being overcharged for my parts. Friendly and prompt, and quickly able to remedy the overcharged fee.

Waiting line for tire alignment was short. Since there wasn't a lot of work to be done to correct any issues the fix time was less that normally takes.
