Big O Tires

I was very impressed with this Big O, I have gone to a few others and out of all of them, i will return to this one.I went in for an alignment and my car was taken inside in under 10 minutes and the car was done before the promised time. Really great experience.

Sunita is always friendly, the staff she works with are very knowledgeable and friendly.

David at the Meridian @ Parkmoor store in San Jose was friendly, professional, and knows a lot about tires! I plan to refer my friends and family members to this store and David in particular!

The shop was very clean and organized. The staff was knowledgeable and assisted me in picking out a reliable tire that was backed by a warranty. I am very appreciative of the complimentary inspection they performed on my vehicle.

My tire had a large screw into the tire that I purchased from Big O and they removed the screw and patched the tire for free.

Mike was great! When I initially called a bit in panic as my left rear tire had a leak and I have already been to both Kia service Center in the San Jose area, I called Your store. (Also, I don't live in the area, but in Hercules.) Right when Mike answered the phone, he put me at ease and told me to come over and that you guys would take care of me. His pleasant tone of voice and how he communicated was reassuring. I got to the store and he took care of me. You guys patch the hole on my tire and I am so thankful that it didn't cost me a lot. Thank you so much. Being in customer service industry, I know that how this review, word of mouth and social media are important to gain business. Great customer service from Craig. Made it easy to drop off and pick up vehicle. Explained everything thoroughly.

My car got overfilled with oil, I asked them to do an oil change and a tune up. Due to the excess oil and a broken gasket more repairs were necessary which I declined because I have a regular mechanic that I wanted to have look at it. The guys drained the excess oil and cleaned up my spark plug well and didn't charge me a dime. I was in shock. I paid pep boys $90, twice, just to look at my car AND have them tell me there was nothing they could do. So, thank you guys for being awesome and not screwing people over.

I have not had any problems with my tires since beginning to come here for tire work. The guys are great and always do a great job.

I went to Big O Tires to get a large amount of tasks done on my car (new struts, spark plugs, rotors, brakes, suspension, oil change). I had an amazing experience. Derrick (front desk) was super helpful. Alberto (mechanic) was amazing, He explained everything he did and showed me all my old parts and explained why each part was not working well. He was beyond helpful, informative, and I could tell he enjoys his job. I had gone to dealer and had full inspection done. Got list of things that needed to be replaced and went to big o tires to get them fixed and it was half the price than the dealer. Great experience and would recommend.
