I purchase my tires there a month ago and now had a nail in my tire. They took care of it along with letting me add the extra tire protection.

My tire had a large screw into the tire that I purchased from Big O and they removed the screw and patched the tire for free.

Jasoar was great in assisting me to get new tires. Thank you Big O for the excellent service! Definitely will be going back to this location when I need tires replaced
