I purchase my tires there a month ago and now had a nail in my tire. They took care of it along with letting me add the extra tire protection.

got a coupon, went in and really value the tire rotation with oil change and the inspections. this let to my alignment being revealed to be out of whack and it got fixed quickly.

I go to Big O tires for all my car care. The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting is sometimes a bit long but I’m always comfortable knowing they are thorough. I have been going to the San Jose location for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed.
