I go to Big O tires for all my car care. The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The waiting is sometimes a bit long but I’m always comfortable knowing they are thorough. I have been going to the San Jose location for almost 2 years and have never been disappointed.

I've been to a lot of Big O Tires over the years and the service I received from Jeremy was some of the best in recent memory.

I was able to get my vehicle back the same day. I was also able to use a Groupon that really helped me since I am a single mother, I really need my car. I really need my car to be in excellent working condition every time. I know when I go there it was always %100 service in every category. I actually had to go back in 2 days because I needed additional alignment work. I was also able to use another Groupon so that helped again with the other service. Altogether I spent around over $850.00 and that is with the Groupon savings. So I am really thankful they were able to get that work in 2 days later. Now I feel safe with my kids going places again. With 2020 I need to have my car in great conditon incase of anything pretty much. The entire staff that works there is always polite and professional even if I come in looking a mess. Sweat pants and hair in a bun and they are so nice everytime.

On a whim, while deciding to work from home that day instead of going in, I looked into getting new tires and an alignment since the rainy season is coming and at least one of my tires was getting bald. I was really happy that this whim turned into getting everything done that same day, starting with a phone call to check if this location had the tires I wanted and ending with everything being completed just a few hours later. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
