Big O Tires

I had a small nail in one of my run flat tires. James was excellent and provided me the options. Unfortunately, I had to buy two tires (traction reasons?) when they only had 25,000 miles on them. My husband was very disappointed that the small nail whole could NOT be filled. Made me wonder if I was sold tires unnecessarily.(Very expensive)

I am not one to boast about a business or vendor to anyone else. That is why I doubt I will say anything to someone in the next 30 days . However, if someone asks, I will share my great satisfaction dealing with BigO tires with them

I had to bring my car in but our city is in lock-down for COVID-19. James was so helpful and made me feel comforted right away. He replaced my tire and made sure he checked my tire buying history for my warrantees, etc. He was so helpful. A super experience.

Came in for an alignment, was greeted by the staff and was able to quickly check in and drop off my key. Received a call in about an hour and came back to a nice print out of a before and after measurements of the alignment. Car felt much smoother after the work.

I think I may have already completed a Google review but just in case... I had a positive experience getting an oil change recently. The person that answered the phone was Jasper and he came across very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted inside the store by James who helped me set up the oil change and he too was welcoming. The service went smoothly and that is why I just scheduled a 60,000 service for my car today.
