Good service, its my regular visit, pretty fast as well

I ordered my tires om line and scheduled my appointment. I was on my way to work the day of my appointment and was callec and told they did not have my tires in stock but they had another tire that was better and had a better warranty with it, i wanted to know whether they would be the same price as the ones i ordered and was told they would price match them for me. i am amazed at how smooth my car rides now with the new tires. will come back every time I need work done.

Took almost 3 hours for 2 tires to be put on other than that everything went great

I have been coming to this Big O for close to 20 years now because they are solid, dependable, and have serviced my tires and some minor tune ups over that course of time and tires for about 5 cars now. They ARE my go to guys for tires. Period!

Mike provided great service. I called 3 times for info and he andwered all my questions. No up selling pressure which I appreciated. Also, my tire pressure light kept coming on. Went back to my dealer three times they visually checked the tires put air in them and just said it must be a glitch in the light sensor. When big O rotated the tires they found a small nail on the inside in the back tire.

Overall good service, was efficient, friendly, and easy to get my car fixed. They answered my questions, and made sure that my car wasn’t there longer than needed. Called me right away for any questions and concerns

Amazing customer service , quick turnaround time and very friendly staff probably sum up this Big O Tires location pretty well. Took great care of my car and in a short amount of time they were able to deliver it to me with the general inspection , wheel alignment and balancing done. Would definitely recommend their services!!
