The service was good. I took off a start because I told them I was going to wait for my car to get done. No one told me. I had to look outside to see if they finished and walked to on of the employee to close me out.

Took care of a screw in my tire immediately

the shop was very organize and clean.

The only improvement that I would like to see if your mechanics could be careful with their "oily" hands, I have light leather color interior and I always have to wipe off oil residue from seat, steering wheel, door handle and hood. Maybe gloves would help. Other then that no complaints.

The guy a worked with Craig was very informative and was a very good communicator. Hey followed up with me and he double checked my tire size and made corrections to things we missed

I had to wait an additional 2 hours after being told my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I was told my spare would be put back in place it was not.

I purchased a Groupon for synthetic oil blend and went to this location about 515pm during a weekday. I was home before 645pm! The young lady who helped me (she had blue tinted hair) was really nice and friendly. I wasn't able to get my tires rotated because she said my front tires were at the bottom wear mark (not too sure what that means, though, but she didn't show me). I assume the 21 pt inspection was done but nothing was said. The gentleman who completed my transaction at the register was also really nice and friendly. Maybe I'm behind the times but I thought a sticker would be put on my windshield to let me know when I should be back for another oil change (dummy proofing customers, right?) but there wasn't one and nothing was said about "hey you should come back......". Overall, though, it was a nice experience. The people I interacted with where nice, I was greeted while waiting in line, the oil change was done really fast, and the store was really clean and comfortable.

My visit was efficient and thorough.

Had to come back twice to have the service light to be resettled. Other than that, they did a good job having my tires rotated and having my oil changed

After a 3rd return to get the service due light to be off after my oil change, James was able to reset the system. Everything is good now

All around good experience and good pricing. Wish they'd use a torque wrench to torque wheel lugs instead of over-torquing them with the gun, but that seems to be the case anywhere you get tires done unfortunately. Besides that it was a pretty perfect experience and the staff was very helpful and polite.

My entire visit to big O was a very pleasant experience. From the time I walked through the door and was greeted by the friendly staff till the time I drove off thinking to myself that I finally found a place I'll be returning to for many years to come.
