Got a new loyal customer! Took our 2008 smartcar to local Mercedes dealership, since they are the closest thing locally to a smart center. They did perform the overpriced service, and had a bunch of recommendations. The estimate included new tires for almost $1589.40 (Big O 433.92 including labor) and alignment for $289.95 (Big O 129.99). The one recommendation which converted me to a Big 0 customer was the Mercedes quote for brakes, which they said needed doing. That quote was $835.79. Not too long after dropping the car off at Big O, I got a call, stating that they didn't think the car even needed a brake job. Sandra asked if we had detected steering wheel shudder while braking, indicating rotor problems. Um, no. So Big O saved me in excess of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Great service friendly staff

The service was excellent, but the staff was not quite knowledgeable about the type of engine oil needed for my car.

The tires I requested were in stock at the warehouse and were made available within two days (actually did not receive a call once they were brought to the store, I had to call in to see it they were ready for me to bring the vehicle in for the service). Check in process was quick, and vehicle was ready same day.

I feel I had great service and the staff had all the information and more.

I came in to have a tire that I had you were a road hazard Insurance on they scheduled me for Monday I came in drop the car off when I came back it was all done everything was agreed upon was done excellent I always have good results with big o thank you

Great service and the manager was awesome to work with.

Dean was very informative, as well as Michael. They both were very friendly and explained things to me in a manner I understood (I am not car savvy). I did let them know I am having a experience hardship and did not have enough money to fix all codes that were appearing on my dash, however, they let me know which were most important to take care of first and ABOUT how much time I had to fix the other issues. I will be back soon to follow through with my car maintenance.

Overall a good experience. They never check my ID when I come get my car which is a bit stupid. But otherwise great value.
