Sandra was so awesome I'm in a cast she helped me get out of my car and got my walker for me. She went out of her way she also explained everything I needed regarding my tires

Sandra was amazing! From suggesting, to follow up top rate SERVICE! However, when I showed up at 8:50 for my 9 am appointment on Sunday, I was told I had to wait for three hours because there were 2 customers that were ahead of me. SO frustrating and maddening in the WAY the message was given to me, not only the message itself. 5 star service experience disappeared!

I did not have an appointment but was able to get my service done. I was going to take over 2 hours but I was very excited to get my car back much sooner. Much appreciated! Unfortunately I did not check the sheet of paper handed to me on my way out (nothing was mentioned) and not till I got home did I realize there were sections marked red. I'd assume that indicates a problem????? I will search online and educate myself since the staff did not do so. They mentioned something to me during my last visit, but I clearly do not remember a conversation from 6 months ago :-(

My experience was great. The only thing I would suggest is that the person taking the order to suggest everything that should be needed. Like I put 2 new tires and rims. If they think it would need an alignment I recommend that they make that suggestion.

I came in for an oil change and alignment. It was pricier than I expected, but I was fine with that. When I came in to pick up my car there were no specs for the alignment and I made the mistake of paying before I checked the specks. The guy at the front told me he didn't know if the alignment got done even though he gave me back the keys and charged me. At first I was upset that it may have been brushed off or returned without being done, but the guys in the garage didn't print it out. After a few minutes I got the printout and was on my way. Paid for the alignment which corrected 2 slightly off locations.

Drove on weekend from Salinas to San Jose. To take care of break fluid flush on Saturday. Took 2 and half hour to get it completed. But service was done accordingly, smooth process, longer wait time. They did not complete oil change on my another car as they were busy

I came in for tire rotation and brake fluid flush. Waited for about an hour. Service advisor is friendly and helpful. I would recommend to everyone.

Good inspection and the showed me brake wear and small leak in oil filter seal. Took just over an hour, since the spent extra time attempting to get the oil filter to seat properly. Thank you
