I am a deaf customer and my complaint is that the employee did not communicate with me at all. I became frustrated because they did not notify me what was going to happen. I made an appointment for oil change and alignment few days before for 3:00pm. I arrived there around 3:00 pm and it took them about a hour to take my car in the shop. I am not sure if it is the protocol but they did not communicate with me. I asked them about it and the employee went in the back then told me that it was next in the line. I waited for another hour before I asked them for the update. Another employee took over and told me that they were waiting for my keys to dry out. ( The keys were falling apart and they tried to glue it together. Not their fault.) I told them i'm ready to pay and get the car even if the key are drying. The employee changed and said they are doing alignment now. I was disbelief because it was already over two hours even if i made the appointment. They finished and gave me the car in a good condition. I appreciate it but I want them to improve with the communication whether if the customer is deaf or not. Over two hours of a scheduled appointment for oil change and alignment shouldn't happen... I would understand if it was a walk-in appointment.

The important part is that everything was installed correctly and professionally. I did have to wait over 3 hours (not exaggerating) for 4 tires to be installed. I did have an appointment and I was on time.

The cashier was awesome, she made sure that 2 techs were working on my vehicle. They treated me great even though I was a last min walk in

I received 4 new tires and alignment. I also asked for oil change with basic maintenance, rear brakes and rear wiper blade. When I got there I had to ask about the brakes, they did not check nor replace the brakes. It had to be put back in to service and I was not ready for brakes in the rear. No wiper was replaced.

I think I may have already completed a Google review but just in case... I had a positive experience getting an oil change recently. The person that answered the phone was Jasper and he came across very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted inside the store by James who helped me set up the oil change and he too was welcoming. The service went smoothly and that is why I just scheduled a 60,000 service for my car today.

First time I went for full synthetic oil change and Over all experience was great. They checked the alignment for free. Bought the coupon for 40$ from groupon and after that I had to pay $11 for taxes and disposal. I was not expected that much fee.

Everything was wonderful, however I know the store is short on staff. Hopefully y'all hire more quality people. Its more of a timing issue.

I was greeted with good customer service, paper work or data entry took awhile, that might of been because I was a new customer, when I left and drove my car on the highway the front End Alignment handled and felt good. They also noted I may need some work on the front end.

I believe my pressure sensor in one of the tires was unnecessarily changed based on recommendation. I knew 1 of my tires had low pressure, I regret not filling it and making the light go away (as i was going to get the tire changed). I was told there is low battery in one of the sensors, of course after changing the tires/sensor the light was still on. Basically the light went away after driving, not after replacing the sensor. If they had driven the vehicle I would not have had to replace a $80 sensor. I opened the sensor up and measured its voltage it was at 2.95v out of 3v, which is totally fine. Again felt they did their best, but changing this many tires one, should know sensors register only after driving the vehicle for a bit. (even I knew this from driving 2 different brand cars around that behaved the same)

I came an hour early and inform the rep I was early and she said it was ok. I thought my car would be taken in right away since it was not busy. They failed to let me know that they will not take my car in until another hour or so at 4pm which was my original appointment time. When they did finally take my car in, it was quick, Then when I saw that my car wasn't in their lot anymore, no one said anything to me. I had to let them know my car isn't there, is it ready. Then I was helped.

Got some serious tire rash on my wheel - can't say for sure it happened at Big O, but it was certainly quite recent and I don't recall any parking scrapes. I wish vendors didn't ask me to fill out surveys on every purchase. Note that I wouldn't have mentioned the tire scrape if they hadn't sent me repeated survey requests.
