I came in with a Groupon for wheel alignment and my own synthetic oil and filter. The oil I had was a 6-pack of 1-quart bottles from Costco. My car does not take more than 5 bottles. After I left, I realized they didn't leave me with any extra oil; I should have had 1 bottle left. Worst case, they filled my car with 6 quarts of oil. Best case, they owe me one quart of oil.

Changed the oil. I guess that's good service. But broke the button that releases the bonnet. Never mentioned about it. I found out.Good pricing. Thanks to the coupons they send for regular customers.

I drove from Cupertino to your location on Sunday - I had a flat tire and needed to get home to Sacramento. Two competitors in Cupertino lacked technician staff and turned me away. I was so impressed that your store had a full team of techs working hard on a Sunday - and a day when 49ers big game was on. This location is doing something right for their employees and customers. I was impressed. Thank you to your entire team for being there, being professional and helping people. I was so happy to make it back to Sacramento --- and not driving 45mph on a donut to do it. Hope the guys enjoyed the pizza I brought them!

During regular inspection of my car for maintenance, the mechanic has found that the rear strut was leaking and in need of replacement. They offered me a great deal for the struts and installation. The service was done professionally, and I am satisfied.

All 4 of my tires were slashed a few days prior of my visit. As I arrived I was greeted by Kayla. I told her my situation and without hesitation she said she would take care of it. I wasn't charged for the services. It was completed in a quick manner and after receiving my car I was satisfied. Appreciate the great customer service and would def go back.

I felt like I was being upsold "�.not very honest approach to customers I understand everyone needs to be profitable, but there should be limits to how far you push it I felt there was a lack of genuine care from the front desk lady, she just adds on products like a robot, there is no genuine connection

Even though I was told incorrect timing by an associate the day before, the lady who helped me was so accomodating and went above and beyond to help me out. The entire crew is amazing.

I brought my car in for synthetic oil change using groupon but after the car returned to me. The oil change maintenance light was not reset, the engine hood has oil due to mechanics finger prints along with the passenger seat has oil on it. I also notice the transmission dip stick was partially inserted after they did an engine check. The oil look dirty when I inserted the oil dipstick. I don't know if they changed the oil or has been overlook? The spec alls for 0w-20 they put in 5w-20. That's what the invoice says!!

Great service!!! Just a couple of items 1. Coffee machine was not working! 2. We had oil stains on our floor matts,there was not plastic put on the matt to prevent this.

1. went in for new tires on 01/21/2017. 2. Went in for tire rotation and other brake/suspension repair on 09/01/2017. Sensors were not adjusted for tire rotation so could not tell which tire pressure reading on the dashboard corresponded to which tire. 3. Had to go back on 04/04/2018 because one tire had a slow leak for months. After being serviced, I was told by Big O employee that it was patched but when I got home I didn't see any patches to the tire. 4. Had to go back on 04/26/2018 because same tire was leaking. I was initially told it was patched, but I was skeptical that the same tire would have suffered two punctures within such a short amount of time. I asked employee to ask mechanic and it was not puncture...it turned out to be a leaky valve stem. Sensors were adjusted this time as I remembered to ask. I am quite dissatisfied with the service at Big O recently and don't know what I will do for tire service moving forward. I feel like the sensors should've been recalibrated the first time around, and I think that the service is sub-par. I shouldn't have had to come back multiple times for the leaky stem nor should I have been told that it was a tire puncture that was the source of the slow leak when, in fact, it was the leaky stem. I don't think I'll be visiting Big O anymore, unfortunately. Feel free to give me a call to talk about this further. Luis 4089633909
