I have been to this location for multiple oil changes and all the previous time have been great. This most recent visit was terrible. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told they had someone call out sick and that the guy was by himself. He was very frustrated. When I left my car I specifically asked them to check one of the tires that wouldn't hold air. 3 hours later I get a call from them telling me my car is ready. When I arrive to pick up the car I asked about the tire and the guy at the front desk said "oh ya, we found a nail in it, do you want us to remove it" That was pretty surprising, yes of course I want you to remove it! I then had to wait another 45 min for them to fix the tire. Finally the car was done. The next day, driving to los angeles, the oil light came on. The next day the engine light came on again and the patch on the tire wasn't holding. I called the shop and asked if I could bring it back in. They said yes and over the phone said someone probably did something wrong. When I took it in, they said that the patch on the tire had been fixed and they couldn't duplicate the problem. The next day the tire light came on again, since then the tire has been unable to hold more than 20psi even when I fill it each morning to 36. I also had a different mechanic check the oil and only a month later it was out of oil. I was not notified of any issues, they said it was running fine and didn't notice any issues. As it turns out, it has been burning through 2 quarts of oil a month and the oil pan i covered in a layer of burned up oil and sludge. Which leads me to believe that they didn't change the oil at all. I am extremely disappointed, I will not return to this location. I am also concerned that they are not actually doing the work that they are charging for.

Mike told me I need new tires. I took my car to Costco where I had a better rate and the guy told me I have at least 6 more months on my current tires. He told me I needed $1700 worth of work (new shocks, etc.), but upon second opinion it was not true. Craig is wonderful, and I always trust his advice. However, Mike needs more training before he tells folks they need stuff done on their cars that they don't.

I will have Manager Dave provide a refund for my struts and shock replacement costs. I have brought it back three times to have the front end checked and inferior parts damaged my front end that needs to be addressed ASAP. I had a second opinion and they advised to bring it back to BigO Parkmoor to get fixed and resolved Once and For All.

I wasn't offered free alignment Replacing 4tires with alignment took 2hrs 30mins to complete, this was with an appointment Wasn't made aware or offered any promotions Overall, disappointed with the customer service

Both Jasper and Sandra took really good care of me. They are both very courteous and I feel confident in taking my car to Big O Tires on Parkmoor/Meridian Ave. for oil changes and anything else I may need in the future.

This was a return visit. Originally, I came on Saturday, May 26, 2018. I was there exactly at 5pm and as I was walking into the lobby after parking my car I saw Mike (employee), having seen me quickly finished his conversation with another customer and focused on me like a lazer. It looked like he was itching to say something to me. He went inside first and as I went in, no one else was manning the counters, it was just him. He gave me an overzealous "Hello". And I said hello. He kept looking at me with a grin on his face, so I said I needed an oil change for my car. And he immediately said with the same,, "Oh, we can't take anymore cars today. With all the cars I have now, we'll won't be able to get anymore done!" So, now I know what he was itching to say. This was rude and inconsiderate and I was there exactly at 5pm and it's my understanding that if a customer gets there before 5 then they should still be able to do an oil change. I'm not a long-time customer but bought a new set of tires there. Mike was very unhelpful (didn't even look for my account on the computer) and should've taken my oil change since I've been a customer for some time! And like I said he was smirky and/or smug about it! I came back the next day at 4:45 and got the oil change and luckily there was another employee besides Mike there. Although, they forgot to rotate the tires.

Staff from the inside to the shop very friendly knowledgeable, I was very comfortable knowing I would be taken care of and not be pushed into sales pitch on something I didnt need.

Checking in was not great, my guy kept answering the phone or doing other tasks even after he started helping me. Plus I never received a call when the work was done. However, checkout was by the store manager and he's great, knowledgeable and very on task.

even though i had an appointment, it took twice as long as originally quoted to me because they didnt start working on the car until an hour after my appointment time. while it looks like alignment was set to spec, the car still pulls to one side.. i need to do more drive testing to see if i need to bring the car back in

I was quoted a 2hr wait for a standard oil change, which is INSANE! It ended up only taking 90min, but that's still twice as long as it takes at your competitors' shops. Additionally, my car is now making a weird rattling noise that it was not making prior to taking it to your shop, so I have some reservations about coming back.
