I called to see if there is any special for wheel alignment. The person gave me a discount and told me to come. I had to wait a while before my car was serviced. One of the wheel alignment number was still in Red and was told it's minor. Few days later I noticed my car steering is shaking slightly. That wasn't the case when I came in. I do know my front tire was worn inside thread, but issue seems to be wheel balance now. So I can't judge how good was the service.

The manager was too pushy on trying to make me purchase more services. I had to wait 3 hours for a oil, filter and 2 wheels change. The waiting room coffee maker was broken and there was no water.

Took a lot of time to service , and they just did oil change forgot the alignment check and later i need to wait for another more hour to get the alignment done. their vehicle service is good, need to improve on the customer service

I have been a customer of Big O Tires since 2009 back in Indiana is where it all started so I always go to a Big O for all of my cars needs. They are knowledgeable about their products and helpful with fitting your budget. The only place I go.

I used the Groupon coupon to do wheel alignment. That's should be cheaper than the other shop. However, I totally paid 109 dollars for this duty because the service price was 159 dollars, and Pepboy's price was only 89 dollars without a coupon. I feel be cheated. Although the service is good, I will not come again.

I brought my car with a flat tire. The agent gave me a quote and I said go ahead since I couldn't drive the car. I then checked online and pricing for the tire and service was at least $40 cheaper! Even from the Big-O online quote it was $40 cheaper. I feel they artificially increased the price just because they new it was flat and I couldn't drive the car. Also I got the car home and the next morning the tire was flat! I pumped it up and found a leak at the valve stem. I tightened this up and fixed the leak myself. Def not happy with the service from Big-O!

I was highly recommended to replace all 4 tires and trusting their expertise went with spending $600+ later realizing 1. I didn't need them replaced and 2. Overpriced

When I'm giving a price, I expect you guys to honor that price. I went in on a Thursday and you guys gave me a price of $27 and change to have a new tire only to come in on Friday to the a new price of $50 dollars. Your excuse was that the guy helping me didn't know what he was doing. If he didn't know what he was doing, why have him there? Your excuse was because you were short staffed, that does not seem like a legitimate excuse to put someone in a spot where he isn't trained for. I've never had a problem here until this incident but I can't lie and say it did not leave a sour taste in my mouth

You provide free alignment check. I got tire replaced and brought my car for alignment. Later I found out, alignment was not needed. I unnecessarily paid for it. Also, after car was done no one came and informed me. I had to go and ask if service is already done. I took appointment in morning but when I reached I found out it was not in system. But I was offered the service.

Jasper was awesome in helping me with a last minute appointment to get new tires for my truck, and repair one with a nail in it. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and walked out with a smile on my face! Thank you!

I was helped by your store manager Dean- a mean and pushy guy if I've ever met one. -Didn't give a greeting. -in the middle of my explanation of why I'm there, he answers the phone without dismissing himself. (I understand he needs to answer the phone, but it is common curtesy to excuse oneself before answering while in the middle of helping some else). He comes back to me and I explain,"� I'm here to get my rotors and brakes changed and I brought my own parts."� Dean says,"� are you sure they fit? If they don't I'm going to put the old ones back on and charge you for the labor. I know my parts fit and don't have time for you to run around town to find "your parts.'"� I respond, " I'm sure they fit, and understand the charge."� Dean,"� are you sure? You can return those and use ours and I know ours fit"� Me,"� I understand thank you."� Dean with an irritated look says,"�okaaayyy..."� I ignore that pushy interaction and think that I'm out of the woods. we go outside to look at my car. Right away Dean tried to get me to buy a set of tires that I felt I didn't need yet. I Said no, and he continues to try to guilt me into buying them. I had to say no another 3 or 4 times. We get inside and he starts setting me up. I ask how much time it'll take and he says 2-3 hrs. Then i ask, " wow how much are you going to charge me for labor."� He says, "$210"� I say, " are you serious how much is an hours labor?! I came in less than 6 months ago and did my Wife's car for $165."� He says,"� thats what it costs! We charged you that because they were our parts."� I reply,"� no they weren't, I brought my own pads and rotors last time too"� He should have looked at my records before he continued but he said aggressively."� that's what they cost..."� I ask,"� alright man, can you get someone else to help me?"� He says, " why? That's what they cost!"� I reply,"� I asked for someone else to help me."� We have a stare off. So he goes and gets Dave. Dave looks up the service to my Camry and finds that I paid $165. I asked,"� why would he want to overcharge me? Is it more difficult to do a Subaru than a Toyota?"� Dave replies with a patient look, " not really it's the same thing, i don't know."� I ask,"� did prices go up or something?"� Dave says "no"� I'm a salesman myself, and I've seen and worked with Dean's type. They will definitely bully their way into making the sale, but customers will not return. He Is pushy and condescending; His aim is to make you feel ignorant while putting himself and his "expertise"� on a pedestal. To top it off he is a store manager! I can't imagine how he punks the employees in the shop when he's in a mood. Dave and the rest of the gang are great, but Dean is a very bad salesman. I will refuse to be helped by him and I'm sure many others feel the same; I have seen customers walk out on him, without completing the order because of his so-called "customer service"�. I'm typically an easy going guy and can overlook bad customer service, but Dean was way too much. I don't think I've ever written a review so negative. Please send Dean to some customer service training. I can't imagine how many customers have not returned due to being assaulted.... I mean "assisted"� by him.
