I can't help but think I was forced to purchase a product I didn't need.

The staff was extremely friendly and made, I feel, every effort to get the tires that I needed and installed as quickly as possible.

be honest about timelines. Was told it would take 1 hour,it took 3. I would have arranged for something to do.

I have been a customer of Big O Tires since 2009 back in Indiana is where it all started so I always go to a Big O for all of my cars needs. They are knowledgeable about their products and helpful with fitting your budget. The only place I go.

when I make a appointment I do not expect to wair 2 hours for a oil change which is what happened to me at my last visit

The car was extremely dirty inside after being picked up. It took a while to clean it when we got home and could get the seats completely clean again.

The service took over 3 and half hours for a tire rotation. I had an appointment. I may buy tires with someone else next time just because of the long wait.

I used a groupon to get a full synthetic oil change. The free inspection of the car left my transmission fluid dip stick half way inserted after they check it. I have seen smuldge oiling finger prints on the car seat, engine hood which I have to wipe off the grease. They did not reset the oil change indicator which I have to go inside and the mechanic took 4 minutes to reset it. They also offer me to change my cabin filter which I did that a year ago. They told me it was dirty. How do they know that? If they took it apart they can show me but they just wanted me to spent money to change it and it was clean.

2 hours wait time for rotation! You gotta figure how to do it in an hour or set an appointment

Costumer service is great and it's done a timely manner. Unfortunately they scratched a good amount of the paint wrap off from my rims when I went to get the wheels balanced. And I had barely got them done so that was very sad to see.

Jasper was awesome in helping me with a last minute appointment to get new tires for my truck, and repair one with a nail in it. I was extremely satisfied with my experience and walked out with a smile on my face! Thank you!

I had rotors and pads and oil change $459.00 almost $400 just for brakes and it only took one hour and a half I'm completely unsatisfied he used a quote that was over a year old.

Great service

Salesmen were polite and knowledgeable, but it kinda stopped there. I asked to have my spare put back under the rear of my truck, they couldn't figure it out, took me 5 min when I got home. Checked tire pressures, they ranged from 44 to 37, no two the same.

The score I personally provided above is not reflective towards the store manager, David, (location of Meridian Avenue and Moorpark). David, store manager is what customer service is all about. My sincere recommendation is more advisors like David and what an exceptional example he exemplifies. David is a wonderful asset to Big O Tires.

The bottom side where the oil filter is was not wiped dry and in the morning there were 2 drops of oil on my garage floor. Made we worry that I might have a loose filter or oil drain and I would have to return. I wiped it dry and no more drips. Please make sure in future your guys wipe it dry.

I am a repeat customer and will continue to have my car service done here. It's fast, affordable and easy!
