Big O Tires

Waited over 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Plus, I don't have the tire rotation done. They didn't check my filters like in the past. Won't be returning

everything went as planned they where very busy on a Friday afternoon and they got me in and out in the time frame that they promised and it was a fair deal

I came in to have my tires checked as my sensor said my tire pressure was low. Well my back driver was at 60 lbs. of air pressure when I left and 35 on the passenger rear and the 2 front tires had 40 lbs of pressure. My tires are supposed to be at 32. I ended up at another tire shop to get things taken care of.

Everything was terrific. I bought a new truck 2 weeks back and had a slight issue. My dealership tried to charge me 300 and said it would take a week to fix. Y'all did it in a day for 30. Definitely coming back.

First I was told the rear shocks were leaking. I was quoted a price that included a $50 discount and the ability to use a Groupon. I was also told the service would only take a couple of hours. I dropped off my vehicle at 7:00 am. I wasn't contacted until after 10. I was told it was not the rear shocks but the front struts that were leaking. I was told it would be an hour to get the parts and another hour to attach them. I didn't get a call until after 1. When I verified the cost, it was what I was expecting $465 - $50 discount and with the Groupon, I would page $315. When I went to pick up my car, I was told something else. The $50 discount could not be used and the cost was $515. With the Groupon I paid $415. I selected this store to do the service because the quoted price was lower and the estimated time was shorter. I was let down on both points.

I used a groupon and it was well worth it! Great customer service and speed of service was amazingly fast!

While the staff was pleasant and helpful, the mechanics who installed my 4 new tires opted to underfill them. Within a day or so of having the tires installed I measured all 4 at roughly half the recommended tire pressure. It is disappointing that they failed to accomplish this basic task, and leaves me concerned as to other mistakes they may have made that haven't become obvious yet.

Sandra was great, she explained the things very well. She knows how to talk to people and keeps the line moving. She's a hardworker. The others don't seem approachable.

Took 3.5 hours for an oil change. Had an appointment at 9AM, said it was going to be done around 12. Went back to check at 12:30 and it was ready. At 1:30 I get a call said my car was ready after I picked it up. I also had a groupon and the service ended up costing the same with or without. Not a good experience at all. Will not return for any kind of service.

Every time I go in I end up spending way more than I anticipate 2X but if I get a different person he offers me discounts. For example I went to get tires one guy gave me a price then I was told you didn't have the tires size bug suggested another tire and gave me a discount of like $500. When I get the one guy I feel he just sells me everything under the sun to make money off of me. It's just not a good feeling to know you are getting ripped off! I get comments like we can put on cheap parts if you want but we don't recommend it. Will pay off CC and find another mechanic/vendor

Everyone was great. Bathroom clean. Waiting was convenient. Coffee great. Wifi great.

It took them 3.5 hours for oil change. I was told at max 1.5 hours. Extremely slow and somewhat unprofessional.

They did just oil change and didn't rotated wheels under some doubtful reasons. I wouldn't recommend them for any type of service.

I was very surprised when I received my estimate from your shop. I decided to take it to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion. Not only was the total bill less that half your quote there were several items your mechanics said I needed done that did not need to be done. I feel as though your shop was adding on things that had nothing to do with the issue to up charge me. This is dishonest and is why I will never use your services and will tell friends and family as well to use other honest shops.

I am very disappointed Big0 could not fix my problem. I was told the new brakes and rotors you installed rust and when the temperature drops my car will continue to make a horrible screeching noise. I never had this screeching noise before BigO suggested I needed my brakes fixed. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.
