I made an appointment for noon. I arrived a half hour early. I did not leave your store until 145pm. They didn't even start the oil change until 1 pm. It was absolutely ridiculous. They used the excuse that it was a European car, and I have taken my car for several oil changes and know that just because it is a European car does not mean that it takes over two hours to get done. What was the point of making an appointment...very frustrating, to say the least.

The sales person was very shady. Added on an alignment and tire protection to the estimate without explaining either just hoping I wouldn't notice an additional and unnecessary $175. Seemed annoyed when I noticed the charges and asked for them to be removed. Definitely wouldn't recommend a shop that adds on charges with no notice or explanation.

I was offered a free alignment check and quoted. The tech infomed after they do the alignment check that he would ask me if I would want to do the alignment. ( I didn't want it. Alignment had been done on the car a few months ago and didn't feel any issues) When I got back they had already done the alignment without my consent. I paid and left. It definitely feels like they took advantage of the situation.

The customer service is absolutely nonexistent for female customers at this location, and I dealt with the manager David! I wasn't greeted by any of the 3 employees--not even a simple wave or eye contact. Nor was I updated when my car was finished. Eventually one of the newer employees noticed that I was still in the waiting room, and asked if I had been updated. I went in later that day accompanied by a man, and he was IMMEDIATELY acknowledged with an "I'll be right with you sir." (Not "how are you folks?" or "I'll be with you two shortly" ...nothing to indicate that two people arrived simultaneously). The entire time I was not once acknowledged by David who I'd dealt with less than an hour before (my first transaction was with him and even then he never greeted me). I now know what it was like to be a woman in the 19th century: apparently nonexistent. As a former manager at a retailer, I am appalled that David the "manager" had the worst customer service out of the other employees. I also didn't like how he treated the newer employee, whom he should be mentoring.

I picked up a nail in the center of the tire. Was traveling through San Jose and stopped at big o. Was told the job will be done in 45 minutes. Waited for 3 hours. It's had a slow leak since. Tire still has plenty of tread so I've just been filling it every week for the last year. Not a satisfied customer. Will not recommend big o, as a matter of fact I've been discouraging anyone from going there.

I booked an appt online with big o tires and was emailed a quote. However when I came in , the fees were actually DOUBLE than what the quote showed. It was too late for me to cancel now because I already took time off work to take my car in and etc. I know this isn't the stores fault per se , however they were not very sympathetic regarding the situation . I felt like i was bait and switched on. The quote was only for the tires themselves, not for the rest of the services that are needed to put on the tires. Why would I only be given a partial quote?? You guys shouldn't quote fees unless they are All the fees, otherwise don't bother AT ALL. It's deceiving and I was taken advantage of as a female with no automotive knowledge. And on top of everything , they left my car unlocked sitting for hours behind the building. Luckily nothing was stolen however I will NOT be bringing my car back in the future. I already made a complaint to the corporate office over the weekend. I want to be reimbursed for the difference of the quote vs what was charged. It was bait and switch ... just to get me in there and then blow me up with all kinds of fees that were NOT disclosed to me initially. In addition , on the email quote is said there was a 25 dollar mail in rebate, which apparently was non existent when I came in person.

I did wheel alignment services there. i got called less 30 mins after I left, very quickly . I picked up my car 2 hours later then I noticed that my car engine was on . I was very mad, very careless and isn't right .
