I needed help and felt Big O's wasn't there for me!

Put synthetic oil in my car and gave bullshit why. Didnt notify me.

I had to wait despite taking appointment. Also I feel that The charge for me was higher than other stores

I had my brake fluid flushed and was quoted $110. When I called another big o tires in Newark, they told me they charge $79.99 ( not a promotion or coupon needed). When I talked to the second gentleman at the counter he told me it was $131. Ha had no answer fits me when I told him that just few minutes ago his colleague had quoted me $110. Do these guys just pick quotes from thin air? They finally did the job for $100. Not very professional.

Good service and good product offering, but the wait time to get repaired needs improvement

I will never go there again. The bolts on my front wheels were literally loose. As soon as I took off from my parking spot, I started hearing these weird noises, like something was breaking really bad as I kept driving. Then, one of the mechanics went on for a little drive with me and he also experiences the exact same thing as I did. I mean I could have killed my self in the freeway. The staff member there looked like they did not want to be there working. Which, it makes sense since it was on a Sunday.

Craig was very helpful on my warranty for replacement of my B F Goodrich tires.

This review is my second, and I have yet to hear from a Manager, on the corporate level, or even at the store level. I did get a call from a clearly disgruntled employee (That's NOT SO Good) due to my complaint, and I have never had that type of (Full On) confrontation from an employee, that utilized a company computer system, to access my private cell number. He left a detailed Voice Mail, and I have been advised to go through corporate, due to the hostility, and abrasiveness of his demeanor, going forward.

I have very bad experience in San Jose Big O Tires with Jamie Manager Rude, unrespectuble man. I first time came and I had promotion for oil change with a tire rotation, free inspection and free alignment check. Nothing been done except oil change. He abuses a lot. Before visit to shop make sure clarify all options, otherwise you gonna will be charge double price. Never comeback again:(

I loved the customer service, but I came in for a problem my car was having when I pressed on my breaks . They said the breaks . I paid for my breaks and my car is still making a noise when I press on them

Everyone was very nice and helpful and was able to service my car in good time.

Had an appt at noon it is after 2 pm and still not taken my truck into be serviced. Will NEVER come here again. If I hadn't been doing some shopping close by I would have left. Don't come here.

I was completely unhappy with my Big O experience. I found my car had been sideswiped while I had dropped it off to get new tires. I was told the only thing I could do was call HQ and file a complaint which I did and was told some one would get back to be within a week... this was over three weeks ago. Not one word back.

Staff were great. Service was complete
