Called store they said they can take me right away. I get there 15min later, they said they need 1.5hr to inspect the brakes. 1.5hrs later, they came back that need to replace Rotors and Pads, never gave me specs on rotors ware. I asked to speak to mechanic, he didnt speak English, so front person was translating. Mechanic said that they dont Surface Rotors for BMW (against law which isn't true), even if wear on Rotor was less that 0.5mm worn and pads are at 20% left. He said only thing they are willing to do is to change Rotors and Pads. He was not willing to provide convincing argument why I have to spend >$900 to change things that are not worn out. I took car to another mechanic, he recommend I change pads this time and rotors and pads on next brake change cycle. I paid $198 for parts n labor to change two rear pads and sensor using OEM brand pads BMW. I have been coming to this BigO for over a year, changed 4,tires on both cars, changes suspension, always got good service and good deal. Old staff Derik, Israel not there, they always explained problem, had all facts straight. This last experience left bad taste in my mouth and made me feel um being taken for a ride.

I went in on the 27th to have my oil changed and $70 was stolen from my car. Ive contacted their "support" number and left a statement. Very disappointed in big o this time, I've never had this happen before, but apparently alex at the parkmoor store thinks his team is trustworthy when clearly he, or someone is lying to him.

The desk crew was extremely friendly. I rate the customer service overall as a 1 though because the crew that inspected my car left it extremely messy and dirty (there were oil and dirt smudges left all over the door and seat). Also for whatever reason they decided to take everything out of the glove box (for inspection I'm assuming which is fine) but then proceeded to just throw it back in. Turned upside down, jammed in there, all over the place. They even left some things out on the seat. Not sure why they didn't take the extra minute or two to take things out nicely and place them back in nicely. I had to take MY own time to reorganize the whole glove box which was very frustrating as I was needing to leave for a trip. To make matters worse, and here is the real irritation and frustration and why I probably won't return, the inside crew also triggered a sensor called MyKey which prevents my car from exceeding 80 mph and turning the volume up past a certain level. You can imagine how frustrating and annoying that would be when you're about to drive your car 5 hours on a trip. When the "head mechanic" came out he was EXTREMELY rude and had no clue what was even going on and how to fix the problem. MyKey could only be activated through controls on the steering wheel so not sure how they triggered it, it almost had to be intentional. MyKey is still activated as the head mechanic was unable to fix it, and I was not able to resolve it myself. The entire trip I was reminded of this annoyance as every time I would go over 75 miles an hour a chime would ring telling me I was close to the limit. They also told me wait time was an hour and a half and I waited almost 2 hours. And finally they ran out of stickers so I had to record my mileage myself and when my next oil change would be. Overall I was extremely unsatisfied with almost all aspects of this place. I will never recommend it to anyone. I will only return as a last resort.

I was offered more then what was required. My car was not returned in the condition that I gave to them. They couldn't find what was making noise when I was able to repeat it leaving the lot.

We took our company truck in there on 3/25/17. Craig called a few hrs after dropping it off stating we needed brakes, struts/shocks, tires and an oil change as expected. Wednesday Craig called and stated he needed to check the engine because they believed the valves to be bent. Carlos (person who's company truck it is) and I explain to Craig there was no way the engine had anything wrong with it, besides if valves were bent they would of mentioned the engine running rough on Saturday. Fast forward to Friday Craig called us back stating he needed to get a different engine because the pistons were cracked however it was all going covered. Carlos went in on Tuesday of the following week after I had called and they could not give me an ETA on completion and he spoke with one of the mechanics. Since Carlos was a mechanic in the past looked at the engine and noticed the pistons were damaged and it was confirmed by one of the associates that the damaged was caused by incorrect timing. Weds we were called stating the engine was running but needed to replace the intake gasket. Friday 4/7/17 Carlos was called and told that there was still issues but the engine was running. I called again today (Monday 4/10/17) and they stated they were bleeding the brake line, when asked why they could not give me a reason. This experience is by far the worst we have ever had with Big O and we take our fleet and personal cars on a regular basis to the one in EDH however after this experience we are truly having second thoughts. I am hoping that when our truck is FINALLY complete we will not have continued issues with the engine and I am also anticipating some kind of discount for the work that we actually took the car in for. It has been 16 days in which 12 of those days Carlos had to use his personal truck and in doing so racked miles and then had to replace his radiator. The one star is only because the employees were polite.

This was my first time there and I had a coupon and they said that it wasn't for synthic oil . But the coupon didn't state that. Anyways the guy gave me 5 off...that was nice! But when my car was ready I get to my car and there was oil finger prints all over the side and the front of my car . Then when I get inside there was oil smudges and finger prints all over the driver side. Very frustrating because I just got my car wash the day before. So when I was driving off I notice my hood of my car bent up on one side . So i stop right there in there parking lot and tried to pop my hood and I couldn't . So I drive my car back up to the shop told one of the guys that my hood was bent . He pop my hood and they left the dirty filter on the battery . They guy was piss off that someone did that. He ask me who did my car and I didnt know. So the manger came up and look around and apologized and took my old filter blew the black dust out and put the old one back in!!!!! I was so shock that he did that. So I began to back up and leave then the manger yelled my name and ask me to stop and apologized again and said he really wants me to come back again when I need another oil change and offered me a free oil change for my next visit. Honestly I wasn't so thrilled by the quality of the service. The manger was nice and the guy that help me check out was nice too but the the oil all over my car and the filter kinda throws me off on coming back.

I had been coming to this shop for many years and this last visit was the worst I couldn't believe it . I went for an oil change was driving my car and for some reason it just dint feel right come to find out that they dint even put oil In my car when I had gone for an oil change it sad to know that you trust this people with your car and they cant even do their job. People vehicles are very expensive and really that's how they treat your car. Took my car back for they can fix it and they try to say it was my feel pump really my car is not even that old for the feel pump to go out when I said I will get a second opinion the said ok the manager was so rude David once I got my car back my car was driving so much better and no smoke was coming out. I will never recommend any one to go to a big o tires worst place ever.

I arrived at 245 my appt. was at 3. Corky said he would be right with me but it took forever since he kept answering his phone. Another guy walked in and was helped by another team member. And I was still waiting for Corky. I finally was helped by the other team member even though Corky kept saying hr would be right with me. My appt was at 3 but my car wasnt taking into the garage until 451. Whats the point of having an appointment? I didnt get out of there till after 6. You should call customers if you need to reschedule if your short staff.

I have such a bad experience with Big O, I will never come back to them. I think I just wanted to change 2 tires instead of 4, and refused let them do my shocks for $1100, they were giving a bad attitude. My last request was to rotation my two rear tires, they wanted extra charges and just when I about to drove off, they didn't rotated tires at all but just charged me, I have go back to their manager to ask them rotate the tires. Lastly, my car monitor showed all 4 tires are flat, I have again ask them to reset it. I found them totally non professional for my service, customer don't need to ask each time to get them to perform.

I would not recommend this to any friends or family. I used a groupon of $45. After picking up my vehicle, they ended up charging $9.61 again. This was supposed to be a flash deal of the day on groupon too! I rather go to other places around the bay area for $40 (yes this is very possible to find on groupon). Give the groupon voucher and that's it! No extra charge for any particular fee. Never ever ever coming back here and telling just about everyone I encounter to stay away.
