Big O Tires

Came in early for 4pm appt, car was not even on the rack by 5:30 (when I was told the job would have been completed by) Wrong tires were put on car and not given notice about change. Had to make another appointment for correct tires. After second tire installation and alignment, steering center was not reset causing car to steer toward the right. Lots of wasted time and aggravation.

Need better customer service also following work order what's customer requested it . It is very important check all employees follow up work order do exactly what's customer required .

3 hours to change oil and you missed to reset the alert. technician had to use a YouTube video to learn how to reset. What a waste of time?

Did not tell me or explain what services were performed. No copy of multi point inspection provided after asking for it. Not sure what was even really done to my car. The worker who was supposed to be helping me and answering my questions was rude and sarcastic.
