Came in to repair a tire which had a slow leak. The facility was very busy but they could find no issue with the tire. I was told the wheel itself was damaged. They referred me to a wheel repair shop and didn't charge me for the diagnosis.

The wait was a bit long, but it reflected good business at the same time. I just wish the service can be quicker.

This is my second visit to this Big O Tires and I have received nothing, but excellent service. This time I was extremely please that without an appointment, the entire service was an hour.

For my Merc GL450, last time, I purchased the tires from same location, and this time too. I don’t know about other places, but I have tried Costco tires in between….horrible experience wrt to getting an appointment or even tires in time. The sales associate at BigO helped me at all steps of the process.

My tire was special ordered and I had a noon appointment for installation the next day. At 10am I got a FYI call that my tire arrived and we were on schedule. This is great service.

The team helping me was very helpful, got me in and out quickly while not making me feel rushed. They also were very knowledgeable about what I needed and made good recommendations.

Yeah, the Big O store Meridian always treats me real. Well never had a problem. The only reason why they didn't offer me a credit card applications cuz I already have it. Thank you.
