I drove from Cupertino to your location on Sunday - I had a flat tire and needed to get home to Sacramento. Two competitors in Cupertino lacked technician staff and turned me away. I was so impressed that your store had a full team of techs working hard on a Sunday - and a day when 49ers big game was on. This location is doing something right for their employees and customers. I was impressed. Thank you to your entire team for being there, being professional and helping people. I was so happy to make it back to Sacramento --- and not driving 45mph on a donut to do it. Hope the guys enjoyed the pizza I brought them!

The representative that helped me, I believe her name is Alicia she was excellent, super helpful and knowledgeable. She’s the reason for my high rating.

Employees should welcome with a "good morning, good afternoon or good evening " to anyone who comes in to the store.

This is my second visit to this Big O Tires and I have received nothing, but excellent service. This time I was extremely please that without an appointment, the entire service was an hour.

During regular inspection of my car for maintenance, the mechanic has found that the rear strut was leaking and in need of replacement. They offered me a great deal for the struts and installation. The service was done professionally, and I am satisfied.

All 4 of my tires were slashed a few days prior of my visit. As I arrived I was greeted by Kayla. I told her my situation and without hesitation she said she would take care of it. I wasn't charged for the services. It was completed in a quick manner and after receiving my car I was satisfied. Appreciate the great customer service and would def go back.

For my Merc GL450, last time, I purchased the tires from same location, and this time too. I don’t know about other places, but I have tried Costco tires in between….horrible experience wrt to getting an appointment or even tires in time. The sales associate at BigO helped me at all steps of the process.

Even though I was told incorrect timing by an associate the day before, the lady who helped me was so accomodating and went above and beyond to help me out. The entire crew is amazing.

The team helping me was very helpful, got me in and out quickly while not making me feel rushed. They also were very knowledgeable about what I needed and made good recommendations.
