Big O Tires in Chico is a great shop. The manager, Josh, knows his customers by name, and works to give you the best value of tires and services. The shop is clean and inviting and has a friendly, welcoming feel. If I have a question about my tire pressure, they allow me to stop in and they take a quick look and take care of the issue. I highly recommend Bio O Tires in Chico! Thanks to the Big O Team!

easy to schedule. Understand with COVID why the waiting area would no accommodate waiting/seated inside for service to be done. HOWEVER, as a Sr. citizen with back issues, this location SHOULD make available an outside area where waiting customers can wait 30 min, an hour or longer for service to be completed.

As always getting work done at Big O is a pleasant experience. The guys are polite and friendly, knowledgable about my vehicle and it's needs. Work is done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Thank you.

It worked out better this time as I was able to get a friend to pick me up and run errands together while my car being worked on and it was done when I returned after lunch Joshua told me about nitrogen in my tires to adjust for hot and cold and wet weather I would be driving in for my trip and did a full inspection and everything was good

Super impressed with customer service. Staff there are accommodating and work around your schedule and go over and beyond. Joshua the manager is extremely professional and personable. He goes out of his way to explain any questions or concerns that you have. I am impressed how he runs that business.

I drove in on my rim and not only did they make sure that they had my car ready the same day they were genuinely concerned about my well-being. The man that helped me (Daniel Nguyen) explained in detail the options available and everything else regarding my car without making me feel ignorant due to my lack of knowledge regarding tires and cars in general. They were quick, efficient and happy to help.

Everyone at the Esplanade shop in Chico are always amazing. Jhous especially kept me informed the whole time over the phone on the progress of my car.

Daniel was great. Good front man. Do want you have to do to keep him in your company.
