Big O Tires

Big "O" at 2001 Esplanade, Chico, CA, 95926, managed by Jim is my go to auto business. My employer is now using Big "O" for our fleet vehicles based on my recommendation, with includes my co-workers. This business earns 5 stars..........

Had my 2 year old boy with me one of the employees gave my boy a balloon to play with while we waited it was very thoughtful of him to consider taking care of us both by entering him so great full for that made the wait enjoyable

Everyone was super nice. I was able to make an appointment for a same day oil change which was awesome. Everyone was helpful in letting me know what I was purchasing and what I needed to know about my car. Thank you and I will be returning for future services!

It's probably wise to fill new tires with no more then manufactures recommended PSI. My vehicle recommended pressure is 39 PSI not 57 PSI. And the maximum inflation pressure for the new tires is 44 PSI. Over inflation causes premature wear of tires and can cause serious harm in certain conditions. Thank you, Mechanic veteran of over thirty years. I enjoy playing stupid and seeing how they will try taking advantage.

Absolutely dynamic customer service and "can do"� attitude. The service manager went above and beyond to provide and take care of all my needs. Because if his outstanding efforts I also brought my daughters vehicle in and purchased 4 tires for her vehicle and I remain very pleased with all transactions and communication.

I gave your store a 5 star rating, because Robert Guzman did his best to give excellent service, it was like he was the only one there to run the show, we kept getting interrupted by the phone calls, customer who come in should take precedent over phone calls. You need to have more than one person in the office in my opinion.

Service manager worked with me to find an all season tire with Consumer Reports "Low Noise" rating of "Excellent" for my Impala LTZ 245/45R19. I chose the Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season Plus installed cost of $250. Enjoyable buying experience.

They said I'd have to wait for an hour and a half, but they finished in 45 minutes! Very fast and friendly
