Your employee who was running the store that day was working very hard to keep everyone happy, literally running from point A to point B (great energy). I was very happy with Big O's service!

Manager Joshua Secretario communicated fully and even showed issues of the vehicles to us. He respected us and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The rest of the team was very friendly and worked very hard to get us back on the road safely and swiftly.

The team was very professional. I went in for an oil change before leaving town. With the free inspection they found my brakes were very low. Showed me the pads. I was traveling through very windy mountain roads. This could have been tragic. May have saved my life.

It was great to pull in and have them get right on my tire rotation.

I am there very regularly for oil changes and regular maintenance, and they always let me know if they notice something else that needs to be done. They let me know whether it is a crucial fix or can wait (I always do it immediately anyway). They let me know if any prices have gone up or if there's any deals going on. Service is always good. It can be slow, but I'd rather it be slow and correct than quick and a half-assed job.

I felt totally supported. They were friendly and took time to assess my needs and made sure to get me covered. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

I have all good things to say about the Chico store, only bad things is the waiting area is 92-94 degrees the last two times I had work done, it's 110 outside and 93 inside, no cold water or drink vending machine to obtain a copy beverage, I was there over 2 hours getting a set of 4 tires and alignment looked like I had done the work. It's bad and not healthy for elderly customers.
